Is this an AI assistant?

Yes. When you choose Generate my plan or Ask AI and consent, your current answers are sent to OpenAI. AI drafts instructions and suggests follow-up questions. You review and accept a draft before it changes your plan. It can make mistakes and never verifies authority or readiness.

Where are my business details stored?

Your draft saves locally as you write. Choose Save to my account to store a signed-in account copy and recover up to ten versions across devices. Saving to your account is optional and explicit. Downloads send the plan to the server for formatting. Keep secrets and confidential customer records out of your answers.

Can this give someone access to my bank or business accounts?

No. It documents your existing approved processes. Your backup must already have the relevant authority and authorised access.

Can I use it for a holiday or planned leave?

Yes. A planned break is a useful opportunity to write the instructions and rehearse them with the person covering you.

Will it contact my backup automatically?

No. There is no absence detection, emergency response or automated messaging. You arrange the handover directly.

Do I need a subscription?

The proposed founder offer is $49 CAD once, with no recurring charge. It covers the current plan builder, optional account saving, exports and rehearsals for one business. Checkout stays closed until payment and seller details are configured.

Pause the affected appointment until the authorised coordinator has agreed the next step. Give the customer a factual update and a time for the next response.

Money and customer decisions

Use the existing written refund policy and delegation schedule. Requests outside Jordan's documented authority wait for the authorised approver. This handover does not create a spending limit or give anyone access to the owner's accounts.

Sign-in and password recovery

Use the main secure sign-in button for account creation, returning visits and password recovery. Wix handles this customer login; a ChatGPT account is not required. Earlier Coverwhile email/password accounts are available under the earlier-account option and retain their recovery-code method until connected to the secure login.

Moving to another device

Choose Save my plan in My workspace. On another device, sign into the same account and choose Load account copy. Alternatively, download an editable backup and import it on the other device. Backups contain business notes: keep them private.

Restoring purchase access

Sign into the same account used at checkout. Wix purchase access is checked against your connected Wix customer account. The return page alone never unlocks the product. If confirmation is still pending, check again shortly. Browser data alone never proves a purchase.

Saving as PDF

Open My handover, choose Print / Save PDF, then select your browser’s PDF destination. Printing availability depends on your browser and device.

What this app doesn’t do

AI drafting and plan questions are available when connected, within beta usage limits. There are no automatic alerts, absence detection or professional review. Account saving is optional and versioned; it does not run your business for you. It does not confer authority or guarantee business continuity.

This beta currently provides the self-service guide above. Live customer support is not offered, and no payments are being taken.

How this version handles data

Your draft, free-check answers, rehearsal notes and up to five local versions are stored in your browser. Anyone with access to this browser profile may be able to read them. If you choose Save to my account, the plan, review record and rehearsal notes are also stored on the server under your signed-in Site account, with up to ten account versions retained. Account saves are explicit unless you enable automatic saving for future edits. You can switch it off in My workspace. Other accounts are not allowed to read or change those records.

AI generation

Only when you consent and choose an AI action, your current plan answers and question are sent through this site to OpenAI. Requests use store:false; provider processing and retention rules still apply. Do not submit secrets or confidential records. Generated drafts are held on this page until you accept them; accepted instructions become part of your plan and follow the same local and optional account-saving rules. Follow-up chat answers are not saved as a conversation. Usage counters use account identifiers and hashed network identifiers to limit abuse.

Downloads and payment checks

A handover download submits your answers to this site’s server for formatting. Export requests are not retained as separate plan records. Explicit account saves are retained in the account database. The application does not log plan contents; hosting providers may process request metadata. Editable JSON backups are created in your browser.

When enabled, Wix handles checkout using the merchant’s configured payment provider, such as Stripe. For Wix billing, this app checks the linked customer’s current active, paid online Coverwhile order directly with Wix. Encrypted member tokens and the Wix member identifier are stored to repeat these checks. Existing Stripe test references are retained separately. It does not rely on a browser paid flag or a return URL as proof of payment. It does not collect card numbers. New customer sign-in, signup and password recovery are handled by Wix. Coverwhile stores a verified Wix member identifier, a display email and an encrypted provider session to keep plans and purchases together, plus a secure browser session cookie. Earlier Coverwhile password accounts retain their salted password hashes and recovery-code hashes. We never merge accounts by email. Previously linked accounts can use the new login to return to their existing plans. The earlier ChatGPT sign-in remains only as a recovery route for users who previously used it.

Keep secrets out

Do not enter passwords, access codes, banking details, sensitive personnel information or confidential customer records. Point your backup to existing authorised systems instead.

Deleting your draft

Use Clear this browser’s plan to delete the local draft and local versions. Use Delete account copies to remove the saved account plan and its retained versions. Downloaded files and payment-provider records are separate and are not deleted by these actions.

Analytics and marketing

This application has no advertising trackers, marketing email collection or third-party analytics scripts.

This is a public beta. Commercial sales are not open. Seller and privacy contact details must be completed before commercial launch.

Coverwhile is a guided operational planning tool for one business. It uses AI to help draft instructions from your answers and offers self-assessed rehearsal checklists. Generated content may contain errors; do not rely on it without review. You and your backup must verify the accuracy, practicality and existing authority described in your plan.

Founder package

The proposed price is $49 CAD as a one-time payment for the current interview, plan exports and three rehearsals. It is not a subscription or a promise of future features or perpetual service. Optional account saving and retained versions are available while the online service operates; keep an offline backup. Downloaded copies remain yours to keep. Online tools require the service to remain available.

Payments and refunds

Checkout is unavailable until the seller completes payment, tax and support setup. No refund period or commercial guarantee has been established for this free beta. The live purchase policy must be completed and displayed before sales begin. No real-money purchase is enabled in this beta. Any available test checkout is explicitly labelled and takes no real funds.

Your responsibilities

Keep an offline copy, use authorised accounts and review the plan after changes. This tool does not provide legal, financial, security or professional continuity advice and does not create decision-making authority. There is no emergency monitoring or automatic contact service.

Local storage and access

Drafts save in your browser. Account copies are stored when you choose Save my plan, or after edits if you have enabled automatic saving. Clearing browser data can erase the local draft; an account copy or offline backup can be restored. Importing or loading a version replaces the local draft after confirmation. A Wix purchase is verified server-side against your connected Wix customer’s paid order, not a client-side paid flag.
